As far as I have been able to discover, the gambling age is 21 (legal age of majority in TCI) and people are prepared to serve you with alcohol from 18 onwards. In fact, it is generally accepted that people can drink from that age. There has never been the association between the age for drinking and the age of majority in the UK that there is in the USA. While the age of majority was 21 (it was changed about 40 years ago) the drinking age was 18. The TCI are a British Overseas Territory, which is why the legal system follows closely that of the UK.

I could not find a “straight forward” answer on this when glancing at a website. However, here is a site that is straight to a casino. Information there will be able to answer your questions. If I was to take an educated guess, then I’d say that 21 is the legal gambling age, and like most of the islands, 18 will be the drinking age. (Of course, if 18 is the drinking age, then you won’t be allowed in the casino’s).
