I've seen it low as 30, high as 70. December weather is unpredictable at best. Vegas is very busy that week, as people come for New Year's weekend. becki is wrong, anyone is allowed on the Strip for New Years, just have to be 18+, or with your parents. I believe last year we had three times the people we normally have. The strip is very crowded and the police usually dont let you on the strip after 9 if you dont have a room key. and YES it is freezing out here around that time. But I have a chance to go there, I wont care about the crowd, just enjoy it... I went there in summer, also crowded :). I have a second chance, I will go there in winter.
