I'm assuming everyone will want to enjoy being around a nice pool so my recommendation would be to stay at one of the following hotels that has the best pool:

- The Flamingo (great pool, awesome location being middle of the strip and reasonable room rates)

- Mandalay Bay (huge, awesome pool area, location not as good and the rates can be expensive)

-MGM Grand (huge pool area, good location and reasonable rates)

I would stay at MGM, Mandalay or TI. June is a great pool time therefore I would choose MGM or Mandalay Bay. If you book just make sure to book directly with your desired hotel in addition with hotel promotion code. A good source for that is

With a group that big, you'll want a lot of amenities at the hotel - a good spa, a nice pool, good shopping, good bar/clubs, etc. MGM, Mandalay Bay, Planet Hollywood would all be fun choices.

The pool at Mandalay is really nice and there is good entertainment at the hotel. It's a fun "girls" hotel. The MGM is HUGE and has a huge range of prices for your rooms and a lot of restaurants, bars, entertainments, etc. Planet Hollywood has a shopping mall attached and is young and fun and high energy.

It would be fun to get a fancy suite (a 2-bedroom suite, not one of those "all suite hotels" which are really just largish rooms with a bed and a couch). - any of the hotels above will offer a variety of 2 bedroom suites as well as regular rooms. check out some suites with a 'history' -)
