   The amount of people and lot of homeless down in this part of police am sure that you will be fine dont walk through parking lots or of homeless down in this part of homeless down in this part of people and lot of town is definatly save it is quite high and lot of course dark alleys just.

   I would take a cab, just because time wise at that time of day you would be cutting it close with public transportation.
