		<description>Gambling is not illegal.  The sale of alcohol is not illegal.  Congress cannot legalize something that is not illegal.

  States have the option of allowing casinos or not.  I don't think it is a good idea for the national government to force states to allow casinos to open in their states especially if the voters decide that they do not want them.</description>

		<description>Why would they do that?  Our government is based upon state's being able to make their own decisions.  The Federal Government tells states that they can allow it if they WANT TO, but that they do not have to.</description>
