What does the state of Utah use to pay its bills if they have absolutely no gambling or lottery?

I’m sorry you live in New Jersey. I’ve been there once. It was interesting. Utah has a lot of tourism associated with their national parks and ski resorts. One of the most famous being Dinosaur National Monument. I live in Colorado and we have similar attractions.
