This doesn’t make sense to me because they have pachinko, which I guess is a loophole to gambling. They just get their metal balls and exchange it for money which is the exact same concept as gambling. These things are like mcdonalds in Japan, and Japan probaby gambles more then any other country ( in exception to America ). So why does Japan even bother making gambling illegal when its already huge there.
