In casinos you're looking at $5-10 for mixed drinks and $3-6 for beers, depending on where you're at. Obviously, the nicer the place (Bellagio, Wynn) the more expensive it is. Down on Freemont St. will be the cheapest. At most major nightclubs mixed drinks will run $10-$15, beers $5-8. These prices are not including tips. A Grey Goose screwdriver at Tryst (Wynn) will run $14 (not including tip).

If you're drinking beer, buy them at the hotel gift shop instead of a casino bar. You can usually save $1-$2/bottle.

If you're gambling you get free drinks but should tip the cocktail waitress at least $1 per drink.

Strip casino bars typically are very expensive. You can expect night club and restaurant prices to be the same or higher. You can play the bartop video poker and drink for "free" (it's really only free if you win or break even) or pay $5 to $6 for a beer or basic well drink. Fancier drinks are probably more expensive. Just ask the bartender "how much is a Martini?" or whatever.

Downtown casinos (Fremont Street) are generally less expensive except for the Golden Nugget.

Slots-A-Fun on the strip next to Circus Circus sells bottles of Heineken, Becks and Corona for $2. O'Sheas (next to the Flamingo) also usually has cheaper beer and drinks than the rest of the strip.

if you're gambling, they're free... in every casino. typically if you have at least $20 in a machine, they will bring you free drinks.

If you go to a bar or club, however, they run about $4-6 for a beer or a well.

In most casinos, if you are gambling, you can get free drinks. So if you guys are hanging out in the casinos, just sit at a slot or a table for a while to get a drink. Otherwise, if you pay for them at a bar, expect to pay b/w $3 and $7 for a drink-- $7 only at some of the clubs. Just keep looking around for the good prices. Some bars have reasonable prices. $3 for a beer- maybe $4 or $5 for a mixed drink. You can find those really big frozen drinks around too. Like $10 for like 64 oz or something. Have fun!!

If you plan on doing any type of gaming, i.e. slot machines, black jack, roulette, drinks are usually free.
