Age to be able to work at a casino?

Hey i want to become a dealer at a casino, i am 18 i think it is ok if your on an indian reservation one. But what if its like vegas where u have to be 21 to gamble? Could u be 18 and deal at a casino where its 21+ to gamble?

   Yes, the age to PLAY at most indian casinos is 18 OR 21, however, almost all will let you deal at 18! Most Las Vegas casinos you still have to be 21.

   In atlantic city, the minimum age to deal cards is 18, i would not be surprised if it is also so in las vegas.

   You have to get a license from the gaming commission first, this takes a long time to process (3-6 months) so i would recomend you tackle that first.
