Accurate floor-plans of Las Vegas casinos?

d.hatch75 asked:

Where can I find accurate floor-plans of various casinos in Las Vegas? I have some floor-plans already, given by the casinos themselves, but they don’t come with a scale so I have no way of measuring distances, sizes, etc. The most important thing I need is the scale of measurement on the floorplans. Better yet, if you can find architectural drawings of any casinos on the Strip, it would be much appreciated. I understand how dubious and suspicious this question sounds, but I assure you that I have good intentions and am just doing a given assignment that links my two main subjects of architecture and statistics! (I’m a mature student)

Many thanks in advance.
A heist? Hardly; not worth the investment in time, effort or money. Considering I have several copies of accurate floor-plans that were freely and publically available, I highly doubt they’d consider it a “threat” to have such documents. And I agree that it isn’t. The floor-plans are given out as a guide for visitors to the resorts, it’s hardly criminal… I just want to know the scale of the maps/floor-plans.
Please note, lvgeno, that I never asked for floor schedules. And I apologise for using the term “floor-plans”, I must have meant “floor maps”. It really can’t be an issue in terms of security to just have what is, for all intents and purposes, a scale-bar to go with these “maps” that I have. Or indeed to go with any other “maps” that already come with a scale-bar.
Bob K and zoeyjoey, that’s the site I originally got the floor maps from, though unfortunately they come with no scale. Are there any similar ones out there with a scale?

WHOA OCEANS 14 There is a reason you can’t have those plans.

You were given floor maps which is completely different from floor plans and floor schedules. Being an engineer here and having prints of casinos we are entrusted with this information. You must be certified to obtain this information. Security is an issue no matter how you put it. I would question the person who gave you that assignment to see what their motives would be. By the way … no building would give information that you seek let alone a casino.

Below I’ve linked to the most detailed information I am aware of that you are requesting, but I have no idea if these maps are to scale.

What a bunch of ninny’s. Check out this site. It’s a little older and contains some casinos that no longer exist, but is still accurate.

I am the owner of the site with the casino property maps. I have collected literally 100s of maps in my days of posting them and have never once seen a map that was handed out to guests that had a scale on them. In fact, it often is quite the opposite with the maps being way off of scale.
