DBADiver asked: If I were to win say, $100,000 playing online poker, I know the government wants to tax me on that. What happens if I don’t withdraw the money from my account? Do I pay taxes on it? What if I withraw just a little bit at a time over several years, do I have to report it?
I am in the U.S (Virginia), by the way.

Da Surf Man asked: My older brother is freaking out because he has 7 accounts on a poker site and he plays in freeroll tournaments, he’s afraid he’s gonna get arrested for fraud. What could happen if he is found out doing this? I think it’s kind of ridiculous of what he’s thinking
it’s on freerolls and it does work for him

mazarate21 asked: I’ve made quite a bit of money last year playing cash game poker on the side and I’m thinking of quitting my day job and going full time. How does a professional poker player file taxes and their annual salary? How does the IRS verify the income reported is true? Must you report every cent of your winnings minus the losses?

lalalalalalalalala asked: I’ve got titan poker and party poker but everybody seems to be insanely tight, even down to the micro-limit tables like $0.05/$0.10. which poker sites start at higher levels and so are more loose in the lower tables. because in these two, the big blind wins about half the pots just by nobody calling.

Kicks08 asked: Hey I’m 17 and am looking for a cheap holiday present for my bro who is in college right now. I know he loves poker, and he has a great set of chips, but his cards always get bent and frayed. I know this bothers him, so he would appreciate a good pack of cards. I’ve heard that really good cards are like plastic coated or something and are highly resistant to damage and bending and stuff. Anyone have any suggestions of where I could find such an item? Thanks!

VN asked: I’m going to attend a friendly poker game with a new group of guys from church, about 5 of us. I think they all have played poker with real money before, but not with this group. The organizer mentioned that money should be brought to the game. I was kinda suprised, thinking that this would be just for fun. I’ve played poker before, but no money was involved, but i have played black jack before with money. But then again, it wouldn’t be any fun without playing for money. So, how much $ should I bring?
